Shipping Policy
1. WHEN ORDERING WITH AFRO LUSH, LLC
PLEASE REVIEW YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING: this includes the products, the quantity in your cart, your address, and promo codes. We do our best to get your order to you promptly, some things are beyond our control and may affect the timeliness of the delivery, once your order is placed it cannot be changed or canceled. By placing an order with AFRO LUSH, LLC on our website, you agree to share all required information. This information ensures we are able to ship your order correctly, and promptly and can contact you via email or phone, including text messaging, if there are questions or issues relating to your order and safeguards that you receive the best service possible.
2. DELIVERY
All orders are packed by one of our dedicated team members at AFRO LUSH, LLC and are sent via USPS. Our shipping rates reflect the recent USPS increased rates. All orders ship out within 3 business days from when the order is received (Monday thru Friday) unless otherwise noted. We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $50.
We currently only ship within the Continental U.S.

Return & Exchange Policy
1. WHEN MAKING A RETURN WITH AFRO LUSH, LLC
Your satisfaction is our priority. Your returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging to be eligible for return. To complete your return, we simply require a receipt or proof of purchase. The return must be made within 30 days of purchase. To return your product, please contact our office via email at Customerservice@AfroLush.com stating the reason for return. We will provide information on where to send the item.
The Afro Lush, LLC website may also include products from other vendors. Each vendor has their specific Return Policy, please check with the respective vendor.
